Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or booking with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to create an account or make a booking with Jambo African Safaris ("Jambo", "we", "us"). By using this site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to book on behalf of any travelers you add to a booking.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@jamboafricansafari.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms.

Prices are shown in USD. A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment is received. Card payments are processed by Stripe; M-Pesa and bank transfer are accepted where offered. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed, even if a package was shown as available when you started checkout.

Cancellation windows, applicable fees, and refund timelines are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify an itinerary where required by safety, weather, or operational conditions, and will notify you of material changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Jambo African Safaris acts as an organizer and coordinator of third-party services (accommodation, transport, guiding, park access). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for acts of third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, reflecting where Jambo African Safaris' operations are run, even though the business entity is registered in the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a booking will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the courts of Kenya, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, submit fraudulent booking or payment information, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access and cancel bookings associated with violations of this section.
